No QR or 6 Digit Code for pickup

Hi, when the buyer bought my saddle, I went and shipped it as she sent payment. There was no 6 digit code or QR code for pickup option. So I have shipped a saddle and it says my payout is on hold but I needed a QR code or 6 digit code to have my funds released. Can anyone explain how to get the funds released now that the saddle has shipped? This is so frustrating and I can't even find a number to call for ebay!

@jessiez92   You should have canceled the order and relisted with Shipping if the buyer was not using pick up.   All you can do now is ask your buyer to leave feedback that they received the item.   I think you can select mark as delivered from the drop down menu on desktop next to the item>  

You can ask the buyer to check their messages or purchase history for the code then you can still enter it in the app.

You will not have tracking to prove delivery so if the buyer files a not received refund request you will lose the case.     

Your funds will be held for at least the full 30 days before they are released since you do not have tracking OR the QR code.
