I bet on something from a brand new seller has never sold anything it says my item should be here by the 15th I bought it on the 10th today's the 14th tomorrow is the 15th and it hasn't even been shipped out I contacted the seller three times and they have not responded what would you do

Many sellers don't upload tracking, nor are they required to. So you have no idea if the package has shipped or not. And there's nothing you can do until the last estimated delivery date has passed. If the package hasn't arrived by the middle of next week, go to the Resolution Center (https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/), select "I haven't received the item yet", and follow instructions.
