New iPhone from eBay

I bought a new sealed iPhone 6plus off of eBay Oct. 4 2019 and I'm locked out of my phone because I forgot password. Apple wants proof of ownership documentation and that must include the product serial number, IMEI or MEID. And my receipt from eBay order details doesn't have them on there, and I didn't see any way to contact the seller. What can I do?

Do you see the Seller name in any of your feedback - you can click their ID and use the Contact Seller link from their feedback page. No telling if they will have records going back that far though.
