New Seller - Question about return policy.

Hi! New seller here. I sold an item and the buyer wants to return it since it doesn't fit. Per my ebay return policy, I allow returns but I put in the return notes that I do not allow returns based on fit. I can't get a hold of ebay or see a button dispute it. It seems as though ebay already approved her return and is waiting for her to ship the item. What can I do?

When you "accept returns" it is for any reason, including fit or any  buyer remorse situation.   You have to choose "No returns accepted" to limit returns to items not as described.
