The Quick Listing tool is shown to new sellers.
The Business Listing tool is probably the one you had last year.
The new Unified Listing tool makes the Business Lister look more like the Quick Lister.
So, I will assume you are using the Unified Lister and want to get back to the Business Lister. There should be an option at the top of the tool to revert back to the older tool. However, eBay will eventually try to eliminate the old Business tool, so you may want to try working with the new tool.
The tool is still changing and sellers can use the "comments" feature on the tool page to report issues and difficulties that are encountered. I regularly switch back and forth, and when I leave the new tool, there is always a popup asking for my comments.
