Hey how are you doing? I accidentally posted and leather jacket from supreme from 2016 as a new item to me I would consider it new but it is aged not from wear from time, when I send this item to get authenticated, it will not pass as a new item as this happened to me on a similar item. I forgot to change the listing to used the buyer is aware of the item condition. Is there anyway I can get this past or approved if I get the buyers permission and acknowledgment of the condition of the jacket before I send it? I will send a text with the order number 07-10835-88930 item Id 295947248422

@jasomercad_2 No there is not a way to get this past authentication.
You MUST cancel the sale, refund the buyer, then relist it correctly. Ask the buyer if it's okay to cancel as buyer requested.
If you do not do these steps then your jacket is going to fail authentication and be sent back to you. This will hurt your seller account rating too.
Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
