I have a customer that left me negative feedback saying his item was never received. His item was shipped to him but delayed because USPS shipped it to PR by accident. I filed a feedback removal and it was denied and there reasoning was they could not confirm the tracking number. The tracking number on the item clearly works and shows the item delivered and signed for by the customer. I have made numerous calls to ebay and every time I get the same response oh this clearly goes against ebay feedback policy so well file an appeal and it will be removed by the back office give it 24-48 hours it will be removed and you will get an email from customer service.... Well its been almost 2 weeks and several promises and nothing has been done.
Has anyone encountered this before?
