Negative feedback move

Hi I have one Negative feedback on my account pass a years, may I ask , when will move out from my account?, please let me know, thank you.

Hi @ilmdshop  How long past a year has it been?  Normally your 2 negative feedbacks will move off your Feedback page after 12 months. 

Negative feedback stays on your feedback record, but after 12 months won't be visible in the Feedback Ratings box at the top of your Feedback page.

I forgot the day,  there showing up is pass a years, but the   negative feedbacks still showing in my account, should i contact the eBay  customer serve?   thankyou.

@ilmdshop  To find the estimated month for when the feedback was left:  Search your emails to find the purchase emails from eBay for those buyers. Add 2 months time, since buyers have up to 60 days to leave feedback. The system will update your feedback page after your monthly evaluation on the 20th of the month.
