I have a new buyer that filed a claim "item not received". On the same day he files a Feedback giving me a Negative (first in 20 years) . This is his statement to justify the Negative Feedback:
This is literally a printed off PDF. I can easily find this online and print it myself. This was very deceiving. I thought this was an original manual. Not a scanned and printed off version.
This is my description from the auction:
"This auction is for a fresh photocopy of a 1954 LIGHT REPAIR MANUAL by Lighter Parts Inc., which at the time was a "first".Manual was in a 5"x8" format and consisted of 150 pages (blank pages were removed) and is printed two pages per page for a total of 77 pages."
"The copies are scanned second generation and are considered "reference quality", not picture framing quality. I consider this to be a very good quality copy ? positive response from purchasers to date ?"
Like I said, he is new with 3 feedbacks and I have 1300+. He never contacted me before the Feedback to resolve or ask question. I have written a couple times explaining the system. I have filed every protest I can. How do I contact a real person to see why this hasn't been squashed?
