Can someone please give me a working number that can put me intouch with someone from ebay that is a living person to help fix a problem with a sell I have Iv been trying for two weeks to speak with someone none of the numbers work Thanks So Much

Iv tried that it's been two weeks and I have yet to speak with anyone this is crazy -I dont understand why that dont have a number to speak with someone when you have a hugh problem with a seller this is crazy

That's odd, they usually call back within a few hours.  If you're using a mobile phone, make sure you don't have a spam blocker active.

I opened a case  with ebay over seller sending  rugs I bought formy mother in florida ,But -they sent them to my billing address  800 miles away from her-I was asking they send a new shipping label to me so I could get them sent to her -I spent over 200 dollars for the rugs but ebay sent me a email and said a refund couldnt be giving and that they closed the case-I wasnt asking for a refund  I was asking tht the seller send me a shipping label to send them to the right shipping address -they seller sent me  more thn 3 emails telling e the rugs was sent to her addrress only to have them show up here and I cant afford to pay shipping to florida for these after buying them for over 200 dollars -I just need to speak wth someone from ebay to see what can be done Im getting no place online wth this.I dont know how a company as big as ebay has no number for buyers to help with problems this s crazy.

The problem is that eBay can not force a seller to send you a partial refund.  They can force him to accept a return and pay the return shipping.  That prompts many sellers to offer a partial refund, which in this case would  be for the shipping.

What kind of case did you open?  There are only 2 options - not received or not as described.  If it was a not received, are you sure that the order shows the FL address as the ship to?  The system will generally see the delivery to a different zip and not close in the seller's favor.

Do you have your order confirmation email? Or if you look at your purchase history, and click on order details, which address is shown there?

I can't see your order, so it would be better if you could review this with customer service.  If you use social media, you can post a private message on facebook or twitter asking them to check the order, read the messages and open an appeal. If the system close a not received case, and your purchase history shows the FL address for delivery, they may have you  open a not as described return request, since that would be fair to both of you, since you did receive the rugs, just at the wrong address.  This would also give the seller a way to send you the money to reship.

Before opening any claim that CS suggests, inspect them carefully - if they use a not as described case to get them reshipped, you will not be able to open another if there is a problem.
