I ordered some glitter, in fact $238 worth 3 of them did not look like the photo which I know monitor screens can create a problem, but I needed to return $98 worth out of the $238 as I can't use it need to speak to Ebay as the seller has all returns must be sent within three days now she is putting an argument to Ebay as to why she shouldn't have to accept the returns but they have already been express posted.
Need to speak to someone in Ebay customer service urgently on the phone!!!!

Your seller actually can't do that. You have up to 30 days from the date you received your items to return them. So your seller is misleading you. File a Request for REturn. If you aren't sure how to do that, here is some help.
Go and take a look at your purchase history. You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page. Hover over the words My Ebay. A menu will appear, click on Purchase history. Find the transaction. Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.

1. Go to Purchase history.
2. Select More actions beside your item and then Return this Item.
3. Now you select the reason you are requesting the return for refund.
4. You have the option of adding a message to the seller.
5. Select Send request.

To speak to someone at eBay, you need to have eBay call you. On the link below, click on "Have
Us Call You" between the time listed below the link. A representative will call back and you can talk to them about your problem. Usually doesn't take too long to get a call back. Since Covid, eBay reps have been working from home. You can't call them, but they will call you. Good luck, hope you can resolve this.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

thank you for the detailed information seller finally paid money back but it cost me $25.70 in postage to return it.

Only because you are in a different country. If you were in the US, the seller would have paid. I'm really glad things worked out.
