If it was delivered to the address that you gave or let stand when you checked out you need to go retrieve it from wherever YOU directed the seller to send it to. The seller is required to ship to that address and no other. This protects the buyer and seller from scammers send messages to change the shipping address pretending to be the buyer. You can request the seller to cancel the transaction before s/he ships but is under absolutely no duty to do so nor to respond in any way.
