I ordered 5 items that were suppose to be assembled. They were not. The seller has offered me 70% refund for ONE item. I’m afraid the seller is waiting out the return time. These are items I cannot assemble because of arthritis and the seller suggested I get someone to do them for me. This is unacceptable to me and I told this to the seller. I’ve sent a copy of my paid invoice to the seller because the seller appears to think I only bought 1 item. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest to request 5 returns, each for an item that doesn’t match the listing.
Then your seller has to accept 5 x .
3 full business days later you can ask eBay to step in if the seller doesn't cooperate.
This is the guide for all kind of returns, including items that don’t match the listing.
