I bought a part of my car on ebay but a seller is in China.

The part doesn't fit and I already started a return.

He accepted a return.

How will provide me a return shipping label,

The seller or ebay?

If seller doesn't have a USA return address, seller will have to advance you funds to buy a label yourself.  DO NOT pay for the label yourself without getting upfront payment.  Otherwise in four days go back to the return and ask ebay to step in.  Do not close or let the case expire without doing this.
