Need help with refund on a fake item purchased

Bought a fake item. Confirmed with local agent. Actually bought 3 items. Seller has no disappeared. 

Where do I contact ebay because I am not getting anywhere where I can report this. When I try and submit report it does not want to go through. 

How am I supposed to contact ebay if they make it so difficult?

Here is what eBay says about removed listings:

"What happens if I bought something from a seller who's been removed from eBay?

If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller.

If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps:

1. Wait 10 days for the item to arrive.
2. If you haven't received it within 10 days, please let us know your item hasn't arrived.

If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund."

I bought item. 3 of them. Was shipped to me. Requested return. No reply. Seller not listed anymore. Disappeared. Found out it is fake. Need to get ebaynto step on. Was bought on 14 Oct 2024. Can't submit report as nit does not want to submit. Unsuccessful.

Are you within thirty days of receiving the items? Are you filing a "not as described" return? Are you including a picture, and a text description of the issue that is at least two lines long and includes a paragraph break or "newline" between the sentences?
