Need help with a return

I bought a keyboard as a guest that I need to return by Nov 14. I have since joined eBay and have an account.  The shipper sent me a shipping label but if won’t open to print.  It keep saying that there was an error in red.  I have spent over 2 hours trying to figure this night,are out.  I was thinking perhaps it’s because I oredered as a guest but now have account? There is no one to speak with to help me, please help

@jobra_1671   If you made the purchase using a guest account ( not logged in to your eBay account)  it will not be in your purchase history.

 Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:  

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065...

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email.  Do not log in to your regular eBay account.  

If you need help starting a refund request ( or for help with the label)   here's how to contact customer service.

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media

3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a PRIVATE message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
