Need contact number for ebay

I sent two packages to the same buyer. Problem is, one of those packages was supposed to go to someone else. Now the package is in the West Indies, the recipient has graciously accepted responsibility of returning it to me and wondering how I should handle the return and subsequent forwarding to the correct buyer.

@bluemoonz   It is nice that your buyer in the West Indies is willing to help send the package back.  You will need to ask them to check how much postage will be then send the money to them using PayPal or other electronic payment method.       Or you could even give the kind buyer a partial refund on their purchase to cover the return shipping cost.  I wouldn't do that though until they gave you a tracking number that shows it's on the way back.

Unless this is a very expensive item it might be more cost effective to just refund customer number 2 that didn't receive an item.   Also if they file a not received case eBay will force a refund if you do not refund within 3 days of them opening the case.   

Contacting eBay customer service is not going to help with this situation.

Yes, I have already planned on reimbursing her for her efforts plus the cost of the postage. And then, I'm going to cancel the 2nd buyer's order and just mail it to her for free since it was my fault. So, Ebay can't issue a return label even if I pay for it? They have some kind of special shipping that sends the overseas packages. I just wanted to know if they had a return policy for oversea sales.

@bluemoonz.  EBay has no way of sending a shipping label unless the buyer  that received two items files a not as described refund request and you shipped using the EBay shipping program.     Then eBay pays the return shipping and it's returned to eBay and not you.    The buyer that files the return request this way will receive a full refund from ebay and you keep the sale.
