I have been trying to start a return with a snowblower I purchased. I have been through trying to get a return for months now, including contacting the Attorney General for my state and my credit card. I need help!

There is no need to go to your state's Attorney General for an eBay return. eBay's return process is very simple, and there is a link to eBay's Money Back Guarantee on every listing.
You have 30 days from receipt to start a return from the dropdown next to the order in your Purchase History and if the seller doesn't respond you go back to the case and click the button to ask eBay to step in and force the refund. Unfortunately, since months have gone by, it's too late to get help from eBay.
You have 180 days to get help from PayPal if you paid that way. Otherwise, you can check with your credit card company to see if their protection period has expired.

If you've been trying for months, it's to late to get any help from Ebay.
Since you went to your credit card, you have to work with them, Ebay is no longer involved.
We want your journey here to be as great as can be, so we have put together some links to help you get quickly familiarized with the eBay Community.
