Made two purchases $4k
i have 10 day hendeling
day 9 asked me to cancel as he made a mistake,
I tell him sorry bu already been shipped.
he then opens 2 claims whenich I'm able to to close immediately ( buyers remorse)
I contact ebay they assure me not to worry
then next day he filed two claims not receive. DUH, the ship date is the 5th and yet he was able to open on the 2nd? How is this even possible
Make a call and again I'm told don't worry, they will give me 10 days to ensure items clears customs and arrived.
Today he escalated the case and within 19 min ebay grants him the refund $2500
The goods have been picked up by transport and I cant even appeal the case?
Now what??
ps I have bene on ebay 24 yrs
the buyer 12 months
why and how is this even allowed??
