I'm trying to refund a pair of returned sunglasses but under the refund page It says calculate refund, it shows the amount paid for the glasses and to the right it there's a space to type in the refund amount, so I typed in $120, then at the bottom it says "Order Level Refund" If I type in the amount again it doubles the amount, so $120 becomes $240 and I can't leave it blank, it doesn't let me click on "Review Refund" What am I missing???? Any help would be great thank you
