How many other loyal eBay users are having this issue? I know it is not just me. I have been selling on eBay for 20 years. Now, just in the last two weeks, this issue comes up. I have called several times, spoken with reps and supervisors. I am told it is an eBay issue, not my issue. Yet, still it shows an error when I add my debit card.
I keep getting emails from eBay asking me to add my debit card for Express Payouts. Yet, this is what happens when I do.
I want my voice to be heard, for eBay to realize they are going to lose customers over this kind of treatment. I do not feel valued, and will not continue to use a company that treats it's customer this way.
Let's show them how we feel about this!

@lakeangel722 You do know that you pay a $2 fee if you use express payouts and you can get your payouts for free usually the next day.
That of course doesn't excuse eBay from dealing with this tech issue. Are you sure that everything matches your registration information EXACTLY? https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
The only other advice I have is to contact CS on social media as the agents are more experienced.
