Name calling and vulgar language in message

What should I do if a buyer is sending me vulgar messages. I have reported them several times and it has continued with no action by eBay??

This rarely occurs unless a buyer is unhappy. If you have resolved the buyer's problem according to eBay policy, just stop communicating. If you haven't resolved the problem, do that first in as professional a manner as you can.

Place the member on your Blocked Buyer List
