Hi Folks:
Having an "experience" with a Seller. I purchased an item--it's on the way--however--only 2 days ago I noticed "12 V Power Supply not included". Okay, no big deal--EXCEPT I don't know electronics and don't wish to buy the incorrect 12 V Power Supply which might damage the item. So i figure I'll message the Seller--well 4 messages and 2 days later--STILL No response--what to do? Tried to complain the Ebay--but their agents don't work the hours I'm awake (as nocturnal worker, that's a bit rough).

Nobody can force sellers (or buyers) to communicate, even if it would be rude to do so.
you'll have to wait to receive the item and take it from there
the estimated delivery date timelines are shown on order details
if you don't receive your item within that timeline, you can open an item not received case starting the next day after the last estimated delivery date for up to 30 days.
