@josbon_21 The seller can not provide a return shipping label from China and MUST provide a VALID return address. You will need to contact eBay customer service and ask for assistance.
If the return reason is that the item is somehow not as described then the seller must pay return shipping no matter where they are located. For international sellers this means that you need to contact eBay and have them put the case on hold for 5 days so that the seller can send the money to your PayPal account to pay return shipping.
Returns to China MUST be shipped Priority Mail no matter the package weight or there will not be any tracking to prove delivery.
99% of China sellers will refund without requiring a return once you get eBay to step in because they know it's too expensive.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

Just FYI, you can put the statement or words the other person used into an internet search and a Translator will pop up for you to use. It is really easy. I use Google. Or you can simply put the word translate into a search for the internet and a translating program will show up.
