The transaction appears on my credit card as an EBAY transaction but, I'm not able to process a return request on EBAY because the transaction info, Seller info, and even the photo of the item purchased is gone. The name of the person who shipped the item is Kelsey Woodard, 323-321-2049, 2-411 1680 8th St, Golden, CO 80401. The person answering the phone does not want to admit they are Kelsey Woodard and hung up immediately. I called back and got voice mail, left a detailed message. To this moment, no call back. This seller and the whole experience with Ebay has really left me with a trashy impression of Ebay and Kelsey Woodard, 323-321-2049, 2-411 1680 8th St, Golden, CO 80401. I made 2 additional purchases that same day from different sellers, but if this is not resolved, I may never purchase from Ebay again.
