My payment on hold

My account is restricted without any popular reason but my items are delivered to customer and received good feedback but my payment are still on hold for more than 72hr

please let me know how can I get paid ..I called customer care but no response

Ebay shows that this account does not have any active listings and no recent sales. Are you referring to a different account on eBay?

In this eBay forum, we can only look at your profile on the eBay site. Although it shows "2 items sold", apparently these two items were not shipped with tracking to your Buyers. There is no feedback from your Buyers on the eBay site. I'm just assuming these items were sent electronically and that's why your account is restricted.

You would need to follow the instructions on the email you received from eBay to have your funds released. We are not able to help with that here. You can go to Help and Contact on eBay and request a call back. Of you can try to message eBay on their Facebook page: www.facebook.com/ebay

2 items successfully delivered 

2 buyers provided very good feedback and even they wanted to order more

physical delivered and provided tracking information also it is showing in the eBay account delivered

eBay customer care saying due to the account restriction, we can’t transfer funds

Initially ebay informed after delivery..72hr funds will be transferred 

and no  instructions provided to take action

Again: in this forum, we are not eBay employees and do not have access to your account. We can only go by what we see. Your profile on eBay does show "2 items sold" since you registered the account last month, but when I click on "sold items" there is nothing there. There is no feedback showing. But the main thing is that we cannot lift the restriction or release your funds. You need to contact eBay.

they removed my listing, so you can’t see that but you can see my screenshot it’s sold
