Maybe you are confused about who you are contacting here. This forum is to ask questions of seasoned Ebayers, both buyers and sellers. None of us are employed by Ebay. We all volunteer our time here in the hope that we can help fellow member with an issue they may be having.
The problem you came here with is something only your seller can answer for you. The Ebay site is made up of millions of individual sellers. They all manage their own inventory and their own transactions with buyers. No one but your seller knows why you only received half of your order as they were they ones you had your transaction with. No one here was involved in that transaction.
