My missed payments.

I missed paying 2 auctions I won. I didn't even realize it until I tried to place a bid for my sisters birthday. I didn't check any of my ebay stuff or any other accounts. My sister in law was hospitalized and passed away very unexpectedly.  Please reinstate my privileges to bid before I lose the chance to get her this gift. I will be more careful that it doesn't happen again.  I only have about 24 hours before the auction is over. Please help
