My listing was flagged for policy violation only I don't know what policy I violated!

I placed two separate listings for two separate items and they both were flagged for policy violations. I've reviewed the listings several times and made adjustments to the photos (in case that was my issue) but they're still flagged. They were listed on FB Marketplace but I deleted the listings from Marketplace before I listed them on Ebay.

I can't get through to an agent so I'm stuck guessing what policy I've violated. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi @alwaysaxis

When you go to your active listings, look for the items that have a red symbol next to them. If you click on the red symbol, you’ll see a message asking you to take action. You will have two options: one is to end the listing, and the other is to appeal.

If you choose to appeal, the listing will be reviewed by a human within approximately 3 days. You will then receive an email notification letting you know whether your listing is reinstated or not. You can also locate the flagged listings in your Resolution Hub.

You should have received an email at the same time your listing was flagged that clearly explains the reason for the violation. You can also check the reason in the eBay message system by going to this link. Look for messages from eBay in your inbox for more details.

Just keep in mind that it’s impossible to revise the listings during this process, and they will not be visible to other buyers while under review.

What did the message(s) say?  The exact wording can tell us the reason.

The message says:

"Your listing didn't follow our Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy. Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay, including sharing direct contact information prior to an eBay purchase, is not allowed."

Except these items aren't currently listed anywhere else. So it's a bit frustrating that I can't list them on Ebay either.
