My item listed on eBay doesn't show up when I surch for my item.

I listed an item UBG-16 in part of the description for it.  When I search that, I get a list of many items, but mine is not on the list.  How come?  Item is listed in eBay Motors, Parts & Accessories, Aviation Parts & Accessories, Aviation, Other Avionics.  If I put in my full description > Electronics International UBG-16 Engine Analyzer / with data collector even it doesn't show up. 

Any ideas why?
