Hey there,
If I sent my buyer prepaid postage priority mail, why did the post office hold his package and demand an additional $4.40 before they would release it?

Possibilities:
The package was heavier than the weight shown on the label.
You used the wrong label for your box ... flat rate or regional rate vs regular priority mail.
USPS goofed.
May I ask ... how much did you pay for the label?
