My auctions are automatically relisting?! **bleep**?!

For the past few weeks, the items I have at auction are being automatically relisted, without any notification. Of course, this means that the auction never ENDS, leaving potential buyers confused. Is this an eBay glitch? Also, WHY is there no way to contact directly an eBay representative??!!

You must have left the auto relist option enabled.  Click on END in the drop down menu next to the item to stop further relisting.

Wow. I have been using eBay for years. I've never before SEEN any such option, let alone used it. But I will check. Thanks!
