My account was suspended almost 2 years ago. I had only sold 4 items before being blocked. One of the customers left a positive feedback. And then the account was suspended. Due to my inexperience I used someone else's photos and descriptions. Please advise if it is possible to activate my account.
If you received a notice from eBay that your account was suspended, especially if it was permanently suspended, there is nothing you can do. You would not be able to open a new account to get around the suspension, because eBay will almost immediately permanently suspend the new account as well.
There are many people online that claim they can get your account restored. Most of them are overseas and charge quite a bit of money and you'll get nothing in return.
Hopefully you can find another platform to sell on.
Of course I sell on other platforms, but that's not the question. I think I was blocked by mistake. Most likely it was done by a robot. Can you please tell me if it is possible to contact a live specialist and explain the situation to him?
