My account is so old that became split between ebay.com and Ebay.it

I am an ebay member since  nov 25th 1999.

At that time only ebay.com exixted,  so I registered there.

When ebay.it opened, they moved my account over there.... they moved everything BUT

the "finance" info that remained (and resides) on Ebay.com.

As a net result my account has been split between the two sites and I don't find any way to contact support to get things fixed.

It seems I have to close the account (loosing my account "name" and  all my "reputation") and re-register on Ebay.it

I am very upset about that.

@egirland  I understand not wanting to lose your eBay.com account.  However if you wish to sell you MUST open an account on eBay.it    This is due to the way the payout system works.  

You need to link and verify a checking account that has the same exact registered name, address, as your brick and mortar checking account.      

You can't set up a seller account on eBay.com when you live in Italy because you have to provide a socical security number selling on eBay.com in addition to the other information.

You can still buy using the eBay.com account and it shouldn't cause an issue.

Sorry. I didn't mention that the account is fully working.

I registered my (Italian) bank account and payouts work perfectly.

I would only like to find a way to contact ebay to ask them to join all my account information into my account on Ebay.it.

@egirland   Glad that payouts are working okay, surprised that it works as other sellers have told it didn't. 

  Unfortunately is not possible to merge accounts OR transfer this account to a new ebay.it account.  

So to keep your account history your account will have to stay the way it is.
