My account has been banned. I have no idea why, I have never received an email detailing why

i am at a loss for words.

My account has been banned. I did not receive any kind of notice or email as to WHY.  I don't owe money. I haven't listed anything weird. 

I called customer service today and the only thing the agent told me was that I needed to find another platform. She told me it's ebay's policy that they don't need to tell me why I have been banned.

What the actual heck?!

Sorry, but when they tell you to find another platform that means there's nothing to be done.

Did they actually use the word "banned"?  If your account is still active (you are posting here), then you weren't suspended, but possibly just restricted.

Look in your ebay messages and see if there is any notice there.
