I ordered a smartphone from a seller in China and it was supposed to be delivered between 125-25 days, but it was never delivered even after 60 days. Seller did not provide any info after two contacts and just sent me a Chines tracking number which was useless. I reported that to ebay and they reached out to the seller. Seller has provided a USPS tracking number which states the item was delivered on January 22, 2025. We never received anything. When you check the USPS tracking number , it says the item was delivered to a lock box. I took the USPS tracking number to the USPS office. They checked and said it had nothing to do with my name and address. They said it was either sent by mistake or it is a fake number. Ebay has no option to report it or to ask for help! I could not find any email or phone number! What can do to get my money back?
