My Listed item is not showing up on any searches

I hope this message finds you well. I recently listed an item on eBay for the first time - a Louis Vuitton Monogram LV Logo, 100% Silk Tie in BLUE, 3.0" wide, with tags (No Box). Despite my attempts to search using various criteria like brand, color, and condition, I am unable to locate it for sale on eBay. The eBay item number is 386349646202. Could someone please check and advise if the listing was done correctly? Thank you!

PS I have not recieved the listing confirmation email from Ebay but it is showing active on the selling side
