Hello, I have been hacked by someone that signed into my account through a Linux(Chrome 111.0) from Meriden, Connecticut. I have changed my password three times and there are new sign-ins after. I am afraid to use payments to purchase things, not doubt they are after information, bank aacounts, etc. I have no other solution that closing the account. It was nice for a while.

Here is eBay’s help page about dealing with a hacked account.
Showing a new sign in from a location unfamiliar to you, is not necessarily a sign of being hacked.
Has there been any fraudulent activity, other than a log in?
Do the log in notifications line up with times you have logged in?
Do you use that browser?
Is the log in notification always giving you the same location?
Are you near that location?
While it is prudent to be aware of your account status and activity, knee jerk reactions, like changing your user name, won’t stop an actual criminal.

Check your account details closely for changes to your contact details that someone might use to obtain a password reset.
Change your email password as well. If you have social media accounts linked to your eBay account (check that) and either unlink those or change passwords for each of those.
Change your security questions.
Examine your device for any signs of remote access:
