My E-Bay shows "paid" yet E-Bay says non-payment

I am not getting my item and seller is not answering me except to say that I should get item BY THE 24th of JUNE. Never got it.  According to my statement from my bank, amount was deducted from my account on 6/10.  Customer Support will not help bc they keep saying that I did not pay. HELP PLEASE!

Are your paypal and ebay accounts linked?

Are the sellers accounts linked so they can claim the funds?
