I posted & sold a fairly rare US car part from a 1936 car.
Buyer with (1) feedback slow to pay- I cancelled after no reply.
Buyer asked to repost. I did. Again no pay. Claims system won’t allow payment. Soon after, two other low feedback India based accounts ask via multiple emails to sell.
Anyone experience this. It is approved eBay global.
