This morning I was checking to see what items would expire today. I also check the Send Offers Filter and send offers to those on the list. One category I never check is the Multiple Quantities Filter becasue I rarely have anything with multiple quantities. I was shocked to find the ones I did have multiple quantities on had the wrong amounts. I have never had any item that I had more than 3 of in a very long time but there were several that had 3 & 4 in the quantity. There were also several that I had only one and never had more than one of and they showed 2 & 3 in the quantity. One of the items was a crystal mug that originally I had 4 of. Someone bought 3 so that left one mug. Recently someone bought that third mug but then cancelled the order before I could send it. That mug was in the multiple quantities filter again but with 3 as the available quantity. How does this happen? I also had an item I sold a few weeks ago that I later saw was still in my active list - I only had one of those so now I wonder if that too showed more than one of that item. The other day, same thing. I sold a magazine that I had only one of that particular issue. Today I saw it was in my active listings as well as sold. Is it something I am doing (I never change quantity in my listing unless I actually have more than one) - or not doing when I list?
