Moved and issue with updating shipping location

This is my last of many communications with EBay. 
I don’t know what else to do as all I get is customer service writes a report but no one is helping me solve the issue.

”I am STILL waiting for someone to contact me about fixing my shipping location.
I decided to try to list something and was able to change the shipping location during listing.
But that really doesn’t help me as I had almost 800 items listed.
I sure hope I don’t have to edit each one individually.
I was told on previous email to remove all my listings, then relist them again from my bulk listings page.
It didn’t fix the problem, instead I was charged listing fees. Thankfully I checked after doing some or I would have been charged for hundreds of listings.
I need my items to be active again ASAP before they are deleted from my unsold list and I lose many photos that I no longer have saved anywhere.”

Can anyone help me? I updated my address on my profile but the shipping location shows my old City & State.

Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do the steps below:

Add a new address. Next, delete the old one in account settings. Do this for the Shipping and Return addresses, not your Registration address.

Thanks, I went to each one and made sure my new address was listed. Had to update one.

BUT all my “Unsold” items still show my old address and if I relist one I have to change my shipping address. I REALLY don’t want to have to relist each one individually and correct the shipping address each time as I had just under 800 items.

Plus the other issue is I would have to only relist 250/month or be charged listing fees on items that were already listed until I was directed to remove them all. It would take 3 months to relist everything or pay fees. I have already requested refund of $31.50 back that I was charged, when it was EBay that told me to remove/relist.🤷🏻‍♀️

FINALLY was transferred to someone who could help me. Had to relist everything using bulk option which then charged me almost $300 but she was able to remove the listing fees. Thanks for everyone who tried to assist me. Have to wait until July 1 to list anything more or will be charged fees but at least I am up and running again.
