More Pics Before I Pay

I bid on an item with two days to go in the auction.  Immediately after placing the bid I asked the seller for more pics as it only has one pic of the item in it's original packaging.  This particular car comes in two different colors on the ribbon on the side of it.  The title of the ad says it's one color, but I can't see for sure what color it is.  The seller asked me to be more specific so I have since sent three messages specifying what I am trying to see.  I also won the auction as no one else bid on it.  The seller has not acknowledged any of my emails other than the first one asking me to be more specific.  I don't want the item if it's not correct as described in the title.  I also don't want to get a knock against my account for not paying.  What can I do?

Pay for the item.  If the item is not the color you are looking for when you receive it, since the seller never gave you a satisfactory answer, you can file a Returns Request with the reason Not as Described, in order to send the item back and get your money back.
