Hello, I have opened up a case recently for items not received and eBay is refusing to refund me because They said I'm not covered but I viewed the listing and it Does Say that This Order Is Covered and Sent them a photo of the listing and they Still are refusing to refund me. This has been before, so What can I Do to have ebay honor their own Garrentee?

The tracking info Still shows that
" Delivery expected by 1/21" and as you can see this date has long passed 🧐 and I sent ebay a photo of this. They even got another case I had to file against another seller for the same reason recently. I have only had to open up a case several times over the 15 years that I have been shopping with ebay and I have 100% positive feedback. So they can clearly see that this is not something that I have a habit of doing this 😊

If delivery was supposed to be 1/21, the eBay money back guarantee would have expired 2/21 (it’s for 30 days), so that’s why you can’t open a case now.
