I purchased a carburetor from someone on Ebay,and received a 5/16 nut instead. When I questioned the seller, he says I received my order I my mailbox. A carburetor will not fit In my mailbox, so ebay refuses to refund my money because of what the seller, from China claims. I will post this on every social media site I can find. EBAY IS A RIP OFF, AND A JOKE

It sounds like you file the wrong case. You would have needed to file a Item not as described case instead you filed a Item not received case, but you did receive something. You now need to go to PayPal or your credit card company.

Because tracking shows the package was delivered, you did receive an item. It sounds like you opened a case for an item not received instead of an item that was not as described. Otherwise you would have won the dispute.
