@brucdugovic_0 USPS is usually pretty good, no comments on the APP other than to say I only use it for eBay notifications.
As for USPS there are a LOT of storms affecting mail delivery right now. Plus there is a hub in Houston that is VERY back logged that opened recently without machine sorting equipment and ALL mail is being sorted by hand. These delays are frustrating for buyers and sellers.
