Mistake I sent the wrong item to my two customers, how do I fix fhis

Tell the customers that received the wrong item, each needs to open a Return Request.  That is under More actions on their Purchase history.  On the case, you issue a prepaid return shipping label to get the two items returned to you.  If they still want the item, ship using your own funds .
