Missing purchase

Made a purchase, used PayPal to make payment, money was taken out of my PayPal account but purchase is missing.  It’s like I never paid for it.  eBay took the money from my PayPal for the purchase

Is it possible you made the purchase using another eBay account? Or as a guest?

The seller said that she’s not showing that the payment was made.  The seller and I had been messaging back and forth before sh accepted my offer.  When she accepted I went in and made payment. I’m at a loss.  Now it says transaction pending on PayPal and has my money tied up.

Perhaps there is an issue with the payment -- I do not know. I have not run into that.

If the payment goes through, the seller should be able to proceed.

if the payment ultimately fails, you may have the opportunity to try paying again.

If nothing changes, contact eBay through the Help & Contact page; use the "contact us" link and go through the chat assistant to request a call back.
