Did you send a message to the seller to let them know? If not do that first.
If the seller does not respond or they want you to return the item open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select "Doesn't match description or photos" for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send the missing parts, a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.

If the seller says they will send the missing pieces you can wait to open the return to see if they arrive. However do not wait longer than the 30 days you have to open the return. If the parts don't arrive by day 28 then open the not as described refund. Do not let the seller talk you into delaying any longer.
If the seller says return for refund make sure to open a not as described case not a regular return or item not received case. Follow the directions above to do that.
