What do I do when I ordered multiple items but the seller only sent one?  I started a claim but the seller provided tracking info and eBay closed the case. How can I speak to a real person at eBay about this?  If I can’t get this results will no longer buy or sell on eBay and I have been a faithful cud since 2007

Missing items

You opened an Item Not Received case and it should have been a Not As Described case.

Since tracking shows something was delivered, the found in favor of the seller.

If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.

Just don't say you didn't receive it, it'll go the same way.
